One day is simply not enough for the Iguassu Falls. While the Brazilian side only takes a few hours or so, we spent the whole day on the Argentina side walking from one waterfall to the next.
The Argentina side is set up so that you can walk through, over and next to all the waterfalls. The paths go for around 10km and we pretty much covered everything.
Highlights included standing above the famous Devil's Throat waterfall (the platform is literally on the lip) and a jet boat ride into a few of the waterfalls. We thought we had invested in quite good waterproof gear but when water is pouring down the front of your jacket, nothing is going to keep you dry.
