Normally the Korean teachers are in charge of the Birthday song and dance. But, last month I told Erin, my co-teacher, that I would take it on for the June Party. So I picked out a familar song, Skina Ma Rink, along with a familiar dance and began practicing with my class immediately. I was thinking if they did it for a full month it would have to be fool-proof for the big day! Little did I know that the party was going to fall on the same day as Korea's second World Cup match, and the twins were going to bring masks of the Korea soccer team for our whole class. The sight of their little bodies topped with the giant faces was too hilarious not to share with the rest of the school! So Erin and I put together a little impromptu number for them to do before Skina Ma Rink. It was a pretty good crowd pleaser I think...I know I got a good laugh!
