Standing by in silence wherever time permits…
I command my heart into the abyssI will wait not for forever
And once again feel your warm embrace.
Moments of happiness I’ve let my heart accept
The lull of patience do always pass me by
Between my wishes in life..is YOU and ME…
Constantly wrapped in Love, whenever that may be.
With tears I shed, when sun is up and sets to dawn
My heart locked up with YOU, but I’ll never know…
When in the midst of longing I cry in pain –
God knows, how much I ache like the sky pours the rain.
None of us may know the next change would be
With distance, time, barriers that come unexpectedly.
Like the tides of life and the rest of it all
Come spark from autumn or winter and fall…
I dream of heaven as if my ‘solid ground’ is next to me.
I come into peace despite the loneliness I always keep
I cry in silence from memories wild or from sorrow or grief
I shed some tears like the stillness of the water, dripping
