Yes, I got on this flight from San Jose to Miami, which got seriously delayed. And since I only had 2h time to make the connection in Miami for my next flight to Cancun, well my time got very much shorter! So I ran in the Miami airport and succeeded making the connection just in time.
But when arriving in Cancun, what an awful surprise to see that my "mochilla" didn't make the connection!!! These guys of AA in Miami ensured me it would be OK and that they would have enough time to transfer my bag, but they obviously didn't or did it wrong!

So I got to my hotel en La Playa Del Carmen (where I treated myself with a private room with my own shower...whoohoo how luxurious!), and spent the night hoping my bag would arrive the next day with the next flight, and that AA hasn't been that stupid to put it on the wrong flight with destination i don't know where

Last lunch, Lobster time!

! And yeepeeeeeeee the next day around 2pm I got the best knock on my door ever with the message "your bag is here". Happy Anne-So to find her bag back...but very pissed off Anne-So when discovering that money got stolen from it, as well as my beautiful swiss knife I received as a gift before my trip.

But hey, after 2 or 3H of sadness, I decided that I wouldn't let this ruin the last 4 days of my trip, and I went out to my favourite salsa club, Mambo Cafe, on la Playa. I spent the next days doing exactlyt he same thing = playa, sun, sleep, swim, eat and dance!
A great way to end my trip :-)
