Cept we didn't, plane was much quicker.

We've been quite domestic over the first week and a bit of our trip. Helping with wedding stuff (as we mentioned earlier, the inspiration for our trip was heading over to the UK for a wedding) and hanging out in and around Worcester meant a lot of hanging around the Marshall abode, relaxing, keeping Fez the kitty company, but not a lot of stories to report back on... Ace and Doug got us tickets to see Andy Hamilton of Have I Got News for You and The News Quiz, at the local hall. Andy was hillarious, and the hall was cool.
We also took a day trip to Warwick Castle, Anna's first English castle experience. Pretty commercial, with a lot of wax figurines, but also some cool artifacts and insights into life at various stages through the castle's history. The grounds are very picturesque, with a peacock garden and "tame" eagles on show as well.

What we loved about Worcester... that little village feeling, spending time with Ace and Doug, and sampling tasty UK chip varieties from Tesco :P

What we didn't like... it was bloody cold (ok could have been colder but we're sissies)! Even the locals kept telling us how cold it was, and that it wasn't normally so bad this time of the year... wasn't the best welcome!
