Another clear, calm and hot day. Went for day trip up from camp and conquered my first overseas mountain – Indian Rock 8522'. Deep snow the whole way but well worth the climb for views, also a great day for sunbathing at 8500 in winter!! Saw big avalanche come down on other side of valley and heard many more. 3rd night at 6800’.
