Struggled greatly with all the different ways to say yours, mine, ours as it depends on the item in question not who you are talking to. Annoyingly the 2 germans in my class got this as it is the same in german and I was tearing my hair out! Plus we have a teacher for grammar who has no english....I NEED SOME ENGLISH! Explaining a word with yet more words I don't understand is just not working for me. This ' immersion' method has definite limitations. It could work if the school had any resources but it doesn't.
Anyhow Andy is almost blooming fluent now so we will be ok. For some reason looking at me today reminded him he had learnt the word for double chin today...hmmmm not impressed! I told him I didn't want to know it so then I wouldn't understand if someone mentioned it.
More Tango today. Andy has got the leaning forward walk thing pretty good. (very attractive, almost makes up for the constant moaning about having to do it) He is not pleased that I want to get dancing shoes....but I don't exactly feel all sensuous in a pair of hiking shoes! I only have them or flip flops!
