Well we are here in our first youth hostel in St Petersburg we have definitely over packed and we hated the bus and undergound journeys - too much baggage. Need to get rid of some stuff quick. I think first to go is the half rucksack of blood pressure tablets, the laptop, DVD player, portable footspa and the malaria tablets. All now considered a luxury.

We will update on what St Petersburg is like sometime tomorrow when we are less tired. For tea tonight we have had 1 Litre of Yogurt, a bag of crisps and 4 cans of lager for a total cost of 2.50 GBP. I think that is what we will have  to do in the 4th most expensive city in the world.
