This summer, all plans went awry, and I have spent a July full of 'Saturdays' at home in our tiny house in Smith's Cove, Nova Scotia. Sometimes it is quite acceptable to spend a summer at home, getting reacquainted with the garden and animals. The list of 101 things to do remains uncompleted, but I've lolled around on the deck, watched the sun rise and the sun set, meandered around the garden and the top field, and taken the occasional 'field trip' to places in Digby and Annapolis Counties. Lazy, hazy days of summer....
