It's been almost 2 weeks since I arrived in Cusco, and I need to write about what a great city it is.
Since arriving in the city I have been to clubs, resteraunts, bars. Most of these have been in the recent vicinity of the beautiful Plaza de Armas - to see this at night is a true site.
I have walked down the modern Ave. de Sol - seeing it's new shops, banks and churches. Contrastingly there is the adjacent older roads selling a myriad of things from fruits to computers.
There feels like there is a million churches and museums to visit, whilst also many travel shops offering excursions to the Inca cities nearby.
The people seem to be friendly, however you need to have patience with the millions of people offering you massages, shoe shines & paintings (This is especially so in the Plaza de Armas).
Cusco - you are one cool city!
