Today I decided to return to Tesco to attempt to return the mattress pad I accidentally bought.  I even had the brilliant idea to bring my new Hungarian friend Peti to translate. Sadly, the Hungarians are very strict on returns and could not even give me store credit.  So Peti and I had a lovely chat and finally he helped me find a better pillow, and for a bargain!  After, we went to the park and talked for a few hours.  Then I found my way home by bus and tried out my new pillow. Amazing. Then I ate a strange "Chocolate covered banana" candy. Not so amazing.
Later on, Maggie and I ran into some other international students that challenged us to some Foosball!  It was awesome. I was completely undefeated and even beat a guy from Nigeria who said it was a sport at his school and he was the champion!
After our foosballing, we ran into my other Hungarian friend, also named Peti, and took a few shots in the campus kitchen.  Around 11:20 we headed back to our rooms for bed, only for me to discover that roommate had locked me out!  I sat outside and listened to my iPod for about 20 minutes before going to the front desk and asking for assistance.  They sent a security guard down to unlock the door, and he looked at the vodka, winked at me and said "Good evening?"  Jeez. Hungary!  Well, it was pretty laid back, and turns out, my roommate wasn't even 5 minutes away in the Bowling Bar in our dorm.  Oh well, tonight was nice and relaxed and I get to look forward to enjoying my new pillow!
