March 1 and 2 were sea days so there is not much to write.  On March 1, I awoke much too early and headed to the gym hoping to beat the crowd.  I was pedaling away, when the swells reached 8-12 feet.  Suddenly we were hit by several very large waves.  I found it difficult to maintain my pace and keep my balance at the same time, so I gave up and headed to our stateroom to check on Bruce.  Since he was still very soundly asleep, I swayed my way to the breakfast buffet, where I could read or write as I watched the waves.  Late in the morning Bruce found me.

March 2 was supposed to be a warm day and good for outdoor reading, but the wind and waves made sunbathing undesirable, so we stayed indoors.  The cool weather made packing a less laborious task, because we had lots of time to fill.

We played bridge in the afternoon, partook of special coffee drinks, read, relaxed and then dined with some acquaintances, before retiring for the evening.
