Bellagio is beautiful, perhaps one of the most beautiful vistas we have experienced in Italy. I know why George C. picked it for his vacation home: beautiful scenery, great food, beautiful people. If I had a few million, maybe I'd buy a house there too. Too bad we didn't see him while we were there.

The town of Bellagio is perched at the tip of a peninsula that juts into the lake. Sharp-peaked foothills of the Alps rise from the lake & create a picture-perfect backdrop for the cream, yellow, peach, & pale pink stucco homes.
