It's definitely better to spend your day touring around Greece, instead of rushing to finish your taxes back in the USA. Sometimes I miss working, earning a paycheck and being productive. Then I knock myself on the head and return to reality. On a day like this, being a professional tourist is much more rewarding. Work can wait.
The main town on Mykonos was a jumble of narrow alleys, whitewashed stucco houses, and tiny blue-domed churches that hold no more than 50 people. There were many old men in leather hats with sun-worn faces to match. Brightly painted wooden fishing boats dotted the harbor, and cafes overlooked the blue Aegean Sea. And, we found a high-speed internet cafe in the middle of nowhere that cost only 3 euros for an hour! We couldn't get high-speed internet at our Maryland home, only 50 miles from DC, but it was available on this small island in the middle of the Aegean. Oh well.
