Before moving to France and working as an English primary school assistant, I studied and worked in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. During my last year of university, I interned with the Alliance Francaise de Minneapolis/St. Paul, where I met some of the most beautiful and charismatic people I will ever meet. The relationships I gained with stay with me throughout my life.

One of the fabulous French loving members of the Alliance is Barbara Redmond. She is the founder of A Woman's Paris; a blog site about French culture, focused on empowering women to follow their passions. She also draws incredible artwork of some of the most iconic things in Paris. My mother owns two of Barbara's art works and they are waiting to be hung up in our family home. While working at the Alliance, I became good friends with Barbara. A few weeks ago, Barbara and her A Woman's Paris team asked me to interview for their "Inspirational Women" articles. I was shocked and stunned. Someone finds ME inspirational?! Nevertheless, I dove straight into the interview and just a few days ago, it went live on her blog site!

Enjoy :)
