STORY OF LIDICE
During World War 2, 2 of the men form Lidice helped in the assassination of the 'Butcher of Prague'. The Nazis came in retribution and completely destroyed the town of Lidice. They killed all of the man and took the women to concentration camps. The children were put in orphanages or gassed. The town after the war, was rebuilt for the few women and children that survived.
