There were 8 beautiful Brazilian women who showed up to the workshop. They were all dedicated to the dance. I taught them the Youssry cane dance that my teacher Morwenna taught me. They did pretty good considering they were still "baby dancers" (beginners). They had a good time and they worked very hard. Dalia invited a drummer to end the workshop that taught them about different rhythms. We ended with an impromptu drum solo circle where every girl got up to dance solo for a few minutes. I can now say I have taught workshops internationally and add that to my resume J
. It was very cold at night now. I never thought it was going to be this cold in Brazil. We finished the evening off by going to a nice restaurant located in an old stable house of an old estate. They had updated it of course to become a restaurant. We drank a few bottles of wine and had Brazilian food specialties. It was a fun evening. But now I was tired and sore and so we headed home for bed.
