So today we were up early, about 6am.  had a look at the local fruit, veg and meat and seafood markets......FANTASTIC.  All of the food is so fresh, and cheap to.  If only we had this at home.  Woolies and Coles would be closed down within a week.  there are beggars everywhere, they hang out where ever there are people accessing their wallets, and because there are so many street sellers, that means the beggars are everywhere.  the coffee is the best I have ever had, and go down a treat with fresh Tiropita (cheese pie thing)
the Acropolis is amazing, and is alot bigger than I thought, and there are ruins and archeological digs all through the city.  You can get a cheap beer and/or cheap wine from the same guy who you buy the newspaper from on the side of the street...cool.
