Well here we are in Chaing Mai. The night we left Ayuttiya, me and Matt went to the night market for some grub. We'd just ordered when the heavens opened up and it rained like i've never seen rain before. We were huddled in the middle of a 10 metre square taupalin and still got wet. It lasted a fair while too, a good 45 minutes before it even let up a bit. Eventually it slowed to a typical british rainstorm so we made a run for it. We soon realised it was still raining heavy, only it seemed like nothing compared to what it had been. Anyway, we got a sleeper train up which took about 13 hours but it was nice as pie. The lovely Thais come round and make your bed for you, they bring you beer and breakfast and even put your bed away for you too. A most pleasant journey. Apart from we had to do the last half hour by bus because of flooding in Chaing Mai. We were in a taxi on the way to a guesthouse when Matt realised hed left his moneybelt on the train. What a numpty. So he went to see the travel police to try retrive it but, alas, some smily faced Thai had had away with it, losing him a couple of quid (or Baht) in the process!! Well theres the bad luck out of the way I hope. Were staying at a place called Julies (like that horrendous nightclub in Newcastle) and its dirt cheap. Our rooms 150 Baht a night, which is 50 Baht each, which is about 70p. Its like an old hippy shack, with beds to lounge about on. And a german Val Kilmer is running tings. I finally found a guitar to play aswell yesterday, 2 welsh lads had one with them so I played and played until they had to catch a bus. Then we went to a mexican for tea, took an rather large Israeli gil along too (Ithought Isreal was too poor to get that large, maybe im just showing my ignorance) and went to a bar with a Thai band who I procedded to have a jam with. It was good, although there wasnt much we all actually knew. Matt and Lee did some Oasis karaoke, which is always a winner for british lads. Weve found some Thai boxing on tonight (friday), its Bangkok versus Chaing Mai. Nine fights of pure uber violence, with elbows and knees to the face and who knows what other tricks, sounds like a ball so were off. Ill give you all a detailed bout by bout report.

Glad to see you are still having fun. keep up the good entries and enjoy the boxing.

Re: oiiiiii
I'm unhappy because I'm fat, but I eat because it makes me happy, but eating makes me fat, which makes me unhappy so I eat to make me happy!! How can I respect anyone else when I don't even respect myself!!!
