Matsushima is very cool, I think its seid to be one of the 3rd most beautiful places in Japan. Its right on the water with little islands srounding it that you take take boats out to. We didn't get to go to any islands but we did get to see some kick ass temples and stuff. We went to a old tea house and a buddist temple. The buddist temple was soo cool, each room was painted in gold and was massive! Tip for vistors wear socks! I was wearing flip flops so I had to walk around the temple in bare feet. It felt good but they didn't like it very much. Wear socks. Awalys wear socks........
We aslo got to taste Sendai's famous cow tongue. It was kinda of a suprize I didnt know what I ate till after but It was alright excpt the texture wich was horrible.
Anway were defently going to go back in the fall or winter for some cool photography.
