In 7 weeks Sam and I will be embarking on the journey of a lifetime, we will be away for a year traveling Asia, Australia, New Zealand and America.
Our backpacks have been filled and emptied about a million times deciding what we should and shouldn't take (when I say we, I mean me; Sam will pack the week before we leave).
Whilst I have been busy choosing how many bikinis I should take Sam has been putting the fundamental journey details into place. All of our flights are booked along with a hotel for the first 3 nights in Bangkok. We have our Vietnam entry visa, Australian working visas and of course our ESTAs. He has even sorted out our seats on each plane!
We are both so excited about this trip and discussing it with other people just makes us even more excited. I think it is amazing that we have an opportunity to go on an adventure like this and we have great network of family and friends that support us doing so.
The next few weeks are going to be very busy packing some more, finalising details and celebrating lots with loved ones. We’ll write soon!
