When Sam booked the hotel he said we were honeymooners. We'd pretty much forgotten by the time we arrived and waited around in reception for our room to be ready. The concierge came over and said we'd been upgraded to a suite on the 58th floor and thee would be a little surprise for us later in the evening! The room has a big lounge area, huge bathroom, bedroom and the most incredible view of Bangkok's skyline. The 2nd surprise was a lovely little chocolate honeymoon cake!
In the evening we went to the sky bar, (64th floor) it was a bit pricey but well worth it as the view was breathtaking. There was a live band and by about 8.30pm the roof was packed!
Today we've just been lounging around the pool (have a guess at who got sunburnt) and we just popped out for some street food! It's all so tasty.
