Another travelling day. My highlight was, possibly unsurprisingly, food related. We stopped between Rennes and Nantes for a quick bite...a four course meal later. Salami and cured meat to start, stewed meat in a peppercorn sauce with mounds of veg, cheese and a cornetto and cherries to finish - for a bargain €9.50 - I'm not sure how we stayed away for the rest of the journey.

We came off the motorway just after Nantes, found a tranquil campsite nestled among the vineyard where we pitched up and enjoyed a beer (or two).
