Today we drove from Rome to Tuscany. ALEC
Today we drove from Roma to Tuscany on Death Road it was really windy and scary. We got to see our aunty and uncle for the first time in 7 months. NOAH
Saturday 23rd April
Today we went to the market at Cortona. ALEC
Today we went to a town on a mountain. In the town we went to a market. NOAH
Sunday 24th April
It’s my birthday and it is Easter Sunday and the Easter bunny was very kind to me. The presents I got was a two gladiators, A book, A beanie, A UNO game and a Sudoku. NOAH

This is me and Jason and the Pizza Oven. ALEC
We made two fires one inside and one outside in the pizza oven. NOAH
Thursday 28th April
Gelato....Limoni, chocolato, berry, ALEC
We all drove to Perugia and we walked through dark caves. Just before that we had gelato. NOAH
Today I ate Gelato......it was the best gelato I've ever had! TEZZA
Friday 29th April
We climbed 400 stairs at Del Mangia, Siena. ALEC
Today we climbed Torre del Mangia. Did you know? Torre has 400 stairs and is 83 metres. NOAH
Saturday 30th April
This is the pile of wood chopped for the pizza oven. ALEC
Today we made pizzas in the wood fired pizza oven. NOAH
Well, the pizzas were very tasty, but they did take rather a long time to come....lucky we had a 10L bottle of wine to keep us going. LIISU, TEZZA, LIINA, DUNCAN & ALEX
Sunday 1st May
Mummy and I picked flowers on our walk. ALEC
Today we had a restful day at home. Me and my dad went for a drive to the other side of the mountain and we could see Casa Lucati. NOAH
Monday 2nd May
Today we caught a train to Orvieto. Orvieto is built on top of a cliff. To get to the tower we ride in a funicular. NOAH
Tuesday 3rd May
Today we had homemade pasta for dinner for Liisi's birthday. It was fantastic. NOAH
Today was Liisi's XXth birthday. We ate lots and lots and lots of cake." ALEC [Editor's note: Age removed for fear of retribution...]
Wednesday 4th May
Today we spent the day with Liisi and Tezza.We played uno and we had gelato in Mercatale. NOAH
Today we went to Florence with Jason and Alex. We saw lots of art, did some shopping and had a very grown-up day. LIINA & DUNCAN
Friday 6th May
Thank you to Noah & Alec for letting us use your journals for our blog. (Sorry it's taken so long - we're a lot slower than you at getting our homework done!) We had a fantastic time with you guys in Italy (as well as the rest of the family of course) and are missing you lots, J & A, xxx
