Well, we woke up at 8am (after four hours of sleep) to check out of our rooms and load up the busses. Once we got on the busses we had about a ten minute ride to the dock. I was super lucky because my new twin brother Andrew (the one I met at dinner in May) and I both have M last names, so we got to check in together. Check in pretty much consists of going to from table to table in an empty boat house getting papers, being searched, turning in papers and handing in your luggage. Once we got to the ship we walked around a little then we went to the grocery store to stalk up on some more American type food. When we got back we got to eat lunch in the cafeteria. They have hand sanitizer at the entrance, which makes me really happy. Then I got to my room and met my roommate who is an ultra conservative christian girl. So, it isn't the ideal situation. She hasnt really made any friends yet, so she pretty much just hangs out in the room. Oh! and the rooms! Ours is so small. I couldn't believe how small it is. With just two people I feel like we are always running into each other. As far as seasickness goes I haven't been too sick, but I have slept through a few meetings because my stomach wasn't too happy. I think that the food is making people more sick than the waves. I am really glad that I have seasick medicine though, it does get really choppy at times. We had meetings all day today, so I am really glad that orientation (which is just them reading the rules to us all day) is over. We got super good news today that because the internet isnt working right (it is super slow) that we get free internet until Norway! Just in general I have had a lot of fun, the people here are really nice. Today we planned out our trips for the rest of voyage. I'm super excited about Oslo, because there is a group of six of us going together from Bergen. Oh! I really want to thank Marina for the being the ONLY person to leave me a comment! I love and miss you all!
