Sad to be leaving our friends and the lovely landscape, atmosphere and charm of Die Schweiz, but happy to be heading back to Germany and beginning language studies/student life.
If there was one thing I had to mention about my time here before departing (besides the wonderful hospitality of Daria) is our trip to the movies to see 'Capote'...
You may think at this point that I want to make some comment about the film and its contents, but I am more inclined to comment on the GIANT SLIDE that leads one down to the level where the movie cinemas are!!! Snaking down playfully next to the four flights of stairs, I can joyfully recount to you my less-than-mature squeals as I raced Rhiannon and Daria down to our cinema.
I would like at this point also to inform you all that I will soon be issuing a petition against the OH & S policies currently preventing such amusements being found in Australia. A shame on conservative government policy!
