Entering Panama on the Caribic side was a good choice.
I drove through some nice rain forest through more or less lonesome country along the
coastline to Chiriqui Grande. This town is the Hop to the nearby islands.
This region is still layed back and the beaches are nice.
Note that the beaches on the pacific side are bad. ee. not nice., so better look here for a
beachy place.
From Chirigui south you cross the mountains, some foggy rainforest.
I saw my first warnig sign for snakes! (did nt see one though)
Then you come down to the PanAm Highway Heading towards Panama City.
I did not visit the "famous RV-park in Santa Clara", but headed straight to Panama City.
