This afternoon we caught the fairy from Kowloon (we are currently staying) to Hong Kong Island. It's amazing how much money people have on the island compared to the poverty of mainland. We caught a bus which winded through the mountains and around a beautiful bay. The bays in HK are surrounded by residential buildings that are unbelievably tall. The appear to be bigger than Melbourn's infamous Grollo Tower - how some of them remain upright for an extended of period time is somewhat surprising.

We now sitting back in a nice cosy little coffee shop in Stanley, known for its large market. We have to go now because a German tourist advised us to leave before dark...we are taking his advice. We are now on the way to a night cruise around the HK harbor.
