Justin our guide from yesterday was driving us back to San Francisco with a bit of a repeat of yesterday getting up then waiting around though this time it was him who had slept in.
Taking the front seat again the trip back west was certainly less scenic than the last two days with endless rolling hills turning into endless rows of wind turbines as we approached Oakland.
Justin was planning to make himself scarce soon, disappearing on his own round the world trip asking what essentials things to take along. Have been asked this a few times while traveling and it really just depends on the person on whether or not you can live without an ipod, laptop, or other creature comforts.
Taking along your passport can be bloody handy though.
