I've definitely gotten acclimatized to the heat here but days like today still prove to be uncomfortable in the sticky heat, especially when trying to teach a class of 50 or so kids the rules of charades.
Finally tried some Durian fruit which is supposedly the king of fruits here with it looking like some kind of spiky medieval weapon but actually tasting (and smelling) like something that has been around for that long too.
We hit the Friday market after school again with more stalls this time due to the lack of rain but including a queer sight of a box of baby chicks all painted in bright fluorescent colors reminiscent of the painted turtles I saw in China at Kunnming.
Leaving the market the comical sight of the rainbow chicks was matched by the tuk tuk with a 4 Wheel Drive sticker stuck to it's rear.
