Wellsboro is a unique rural town off of Route 287 and Route 6.  It brings back memories of the small town atmosphere from the 1950's and 1960's.  City is well kept and a variety of eateries to suite your taste.  Trees line downtown and there is still that old style movie theater.

Many great attractions with Pine Creek Trail nearby and the PA Grand Canyon.  They have a nice Wellsboro Diner, The Steak House, and much more.

Christmas is the fantastic time to walk the streets of Wellsboro.  Christmas lights, Christmas carolers, stores and shops have an array of bargains, Christmas vendors on the street, and people dressed in colonial attire.  Different events welcoming the Christmas holiday season.  You don't want to miss this and parking can be trying, but going early pays dividends.  Want to get into the Christmas spirit, this is the way to go.  It really is a family affair!
