Tremendous couple of weeks in Colorado Rockies. Little text and many picture of the tremendous terrain!!!

Great hiking in the Rockies followed by urban fun in dowtown Denver. Hiking was with 2 great HBS buddies - Craig Fairfield (who joined me in Peru and Chile last year) & Jerred "John Deere" Pauwels.

Hiking Log:
-Bierstadt Mountain (fourteener near Georgetown, CO)

-Boreas Pass & McCulloch Gulch trails near Breckenridge, CO

-Quandary Peak (fourteener near Breckenridge, CO - 3.5 miles each way gaining 3k feet in elevation going from 11 to 14k - 3 hours up and 2.5 hours down for 5.5 hrs on the trail)

-In Rocky Mntn NP, Sky Pond and Loch Lake hike total of 8 miles and 1800 feet in elevation gain over 6 hours)

-Mummy Range in Rocky Mntn NP reaching Ypsilon and Chiquita Peaks (7 miles total roundtrip gaining 3000 feet peaking at 13.5k feet at Chiquita). 7 hours total - Mummy Range listed as #14 best day hike in Backpacker Magazine.
