. When we make to the fish fry area, all the restaurants are lined up in front of us, I spot Twin Brothers and right next to it a couple of doors down is Twin Brothers 2. This confuses me as I did not pay attention to which Twin Brothers I was interested in, so we choose to enter into 'Oh Andros'. As we walk into the restaurant we could feel the cosy ambience and our waitress Maddy made us feel really comfortable and pretty much ordered for us to ensure we tried the most popular local dishes. We started with the conch fritters and went for the grilled grouper and snapper. I was surprised on how fresh and tasty the food was compared to the overpriced average meals we have eating at the resort. By the time we finish our meals, the Nassau shops are closing and miss our opportunity to explore the town centre, plus the kids are starting to get a bit cranky. We catch a taxi back to our hotel where we prepare bags for our next destination Orlando, Disney World.
As we wake up to another blue sky day in the Bahamas, the forecast is for 30 degrees. We decide to order breakfast to our room and enjoy the sunny view from our balcony. We have one thing planned again today and that's to take it easy around the resort, swimming and enjoying the many water activities. After six hours straight in the water, we can feel the sun starting to burn us, so we leave the pools a little earlier around 3pm and head back to our hotel. It's our last full day at the Bahamas, so we decide to have some local dinner at a Fish Fry restaurant in West Nassau. We jump into our taxi, which is just a normal car with some taxi stickers and head off to Nassau where I'm planning to go to two restaurants based on my research on trip advisor, 'Oh Andros' or 'Twin Brothers'. The taxi's work differently here and it's usually flat rate based on amount of passengers, so I'm usually curious on what the price will be, so normally I ask before jumping in. As we leave Paradise Island and drive through downtown Nassau, we start to notice it's not as well maintained and it's seems a little run down, but has it's own unique charm
