We kick off another beautiful day driving towards Geneva which is a distance of about 50km. Half way near a town called Aubonne we decide to stop at a very large park called Signal de Bougy with playgrounds, animals which are sponsored by one of the largest Supermarket chains in Switzerland called Migros. As soon as the playground is within eyesight range the kids take off, Zinije and I sit nearby with an espresso and watch the kids enjoy their morning play time. After a couple of hours, we head back on the road towards Geneva, its busier than usually due to an earlier accident and the kids are letting us know repeatedly that they are hungry. We park the car and walk to a courtyard full of restaurants to get a bite to eat, only it's a workday and it's packed with business men and woman enjoying their lunch break in the sun. As the kids are not able to wait, we grab a few baguettes at a local patisserie and sit by a fountain and enjoy our lunch. We tour the streets of Geneva and decide to head towards the Geneva lakeside to view their famous landmark Jet D'Eau (Water Jet)
. The Geneva water jet happens to be one of the largest water fountains in the world shooting the lake water 140 meters in the air. The time is 3:30pm and we decide to leave Geneva as we will catching up with some old friends of Arion's at a playground in Lutry. We have a pretty smooth run on the roads and make it to the playground at 4:30pm and there is people everywhere, it is packed with the local kids enjoying a little playtime after school. For the first 5 minutes Arion and his old friend Aaron are a little reserved, then the ice is broken and they are best friends, it's amazing to see them bond after so long and not being able to communicate by words. The kids have such an enjoyable time, we spend over a couple of hours around the playground and then turn in for some dinner.
