I went to
Rishikesh on the Jan Shatabdi Express Train with two other volunteers. The train took about six hours, and then we made it up to rishikesh in the pouring rain. We spent the first night in a guest house in High Bank and then made our way across the bridge the next morning. We spent the next few days relaxing, trying out yoga, riding scooters, and enjoying the green mountains of Uttrakhand. It was a really fun trip and I think we all wish we could have stayed there longer.
