Kyla wrote: Snorkeled again! Today we saw gorgeous fish again. We saw the same coral, except sheet coral and pillar coral. We saw yellow tetras, angel fish, bridled gobys, and a PUFFerfish! It was very long!
Ardice wrote: Very windy today, and overcast. Wind started in middle of the night. I did not sleep well, between the wind and stress. How can I be stressed down here? It is amazing how difficult it is to not think about things.
I did sleep in … after Paul got up. Finally went for a walk (kids plus B&J) around 10. Our part of the beach is definitely the nicest – softest sand, mellowest rollers, fewer rocks. Less wind, too.
Everybody else snorkeled a couple of times. Saw bright blue halibut and sunken cannons. It was choppier and less clear. No sun or much light, either. I read, worked on stuff for Dr. Crighton, napped. It was, on the whole, a very relaxing day.
In the evening, drove out to restaurant in Half Moon Bay: La Lunita. Good food but small portions. Paul's meal consisted of four small shrimp. Not enough to feed a man who spent hours swimming.
