Callum drives us through the mountainous countryside of part of the New South Wales to the East coast of Australia where we can finally observe our first sight of the Tasman Sea (New-Zealand is on the other side)!

It is nice of him and Rose to show us around. We start the coast line with Batemans Bay going through Narooma city and stop over in Bermagui where there is a pub with hotel rooms above. We enjoyed a few schooners, obverse locals, play pool and participate in a charity lottery where we win a seafood platter! Yammy!

After that Callum takes us fishing somewhere on the beach but we don't remember much of it for some strange reason.

The following day, after a quick soak in the blue pool just by the sea (one of the famous Australian sea water pools that are separated from the sea by a small concrete wall), we carry on our tour to the small village of Tilba. This amazingly cute place is located on the hills and it feels like being in a ferry tale. It is a 19th century gold mining boomtown with several craft, antiques and gift shops.

We then carry on to a local surfing beach and enjoy an hour of body boarding on the semi big waves. Agi who has never tried it before is now an addict!

Thanks Callum and Rose for these wonderful days out.
