ad: happy new year T Po fans, i trust you all had a good one!!!

firstly i would like to address the numerous people who have been banging on about the dates and order of logs, we will start putting more dates on everything but as for the order of things that just keeps happening, the web site rearranges things at random and we can't sort it out, sorry for the confusion, now please stop emailing me about it!!!

anyways, when we left you we were on the ferry across to the south island from wellington to picton, despite the less than phenominal weather it was a beautifully scenic 3 hour trip, for whatever reason all the water in and around new zealand is all amazing colours, great blues and emerald greens, hopefully our photos will demonstrate this because it really is very impressive!! we arrived quite late into the sleepy little town of picton, checked into the hostel and basically went to bed, due to the nature of the hangovers, and our new years resolution to not drink for a week, 1 successful day, 6 to go!!!

the next day we checked out and headed into picton town, which was even more sleepy than we thought, we then got the bus to the larger town of nelson, checked into club nelson. after some food shopping we headed to the basketball court!! we deffo had the 'skills to pay the bills', and there should be some naughty photos going up!!
after cooking dinner and watching some average nz tv we headed for another poor nites sleep in a noisy dorm, day 2, still no beer!!!

we were up early doors for our trip round on abel tasman adventures, we had a boat trip from kaiteriteri, round the coast past some amazing bays and coves, to torrent bay where we got off and hiked along the forest/coastal path for 2 hrs which provided us with more incredible scenery, and luckily for us it was a perfect sunny day, for a change!!
we finally got round to bark bay, which had a beautiful beach where we bathed for a few hours, before a high speed, very moist, speed boat ride back to kaiteriteri and the bus back.

another nite off the booze preceeded us getting up at 6.30am to get the 7 hour bus to hokitaki, where we are now, on own way down to franz josef and the glaciers!!

stay tuned T Po fans, we have some top stuff coming up!!
