I'm finally here!
I landed @ KL airport at 15.00 local time, where i was met by Joana! Nice to see her again! Then we got some grub, and went to her house in Cyberjaya, the intelligent city!
First impression of Malaysia: Really warm!! and humid, yeah.
And also, all asians are tiny. Hehe, i feel like a giant. Not to be a racist or anything, but they really are tiny. hehe.
Well, when we gotto cyberjaya, we took a cab for like no money to joana's building. Which is one of three blocks that share a common pool. A rather nice one by the way, think ill be spending some time there tomorrow.
The aircondition in here is broken! Sucks for me who's used to sleeping in like 18 degrees or so. Here it's 30 inside and outside! but ill get used to it i guess.
After spending some time looking at people from the balcony(whichc seems to be everyone
s favorite past-time activity around here), I got hungry. So we went to this student italian restaurant and got some pasta. The service was really bad, but that made it a fun dinner :D The prices wererather enjoyable on the other hand. Less than 40 kr for dinner for two with drinks!
Which leads me to my second impression of malaysia: CHEAP!! :D It's like heaven for norwegians here. but i still havent gotten any cheap beer though, cause all the places around here are run by muslims, and they like alcohol as much as they like danes and norwegians these days...
Well, my first input from Malaysia is complete. Stay tuned for more.
No pictures this time, cause i havent really taken any yet :P
