it has, sort of, its now less heavy, and intermittent
today we drive to Doolin
to save 137km we took the Shannon ferry from Tarbert to Killimer, 20 min, €18
drive uneventful, but very scenic
in Doolin we go to Davys House, which is great and probably the best place we stayed
the weather is holding, and we head off to the ferry (O Briens) for our trip to the Cliffs of Moher, about €8, boat ride is great, cliffs are pretty amazing, lots of birds, wind a bit strong, but cool trip
back at the car we drive to the tops of the cliffs, for the other view, nice walkways with some awesome views, a bit precarious at times as the cliff is crumbling, and apparently lots of people have died, we visit the exhibition at the visitor centre, great 3D screening as well
rest of the day we stroll around Doolin, great little town, little shops, a few pubs and restaurants, that night we hit the pub, they have traditional Irish music, its festive, the food is great, the guiness flows
and thats the day flown by
