I have not had an agreeable flight, I feel terrible, I am trying to settle myself before getting on the next flight or I will be sick for sure.
Managed to get some sleep and watched 300, which was gorry but some of the shots where visually amazing.
Next stop, Vancouver which is 21c and raining, thank god Dad you told me to take your jacket.

Ooh bastard not good being travel sick.
Remember to eat heaps of carbs to fill your tummy so the liquids dont move around too much, thats what makes you sick! (take advice from a professional drinker who likes to go on theme park rides whilst intoxicated!!! the trick is a full tummy!!!)

Dodgy Airline Food!
Hey Gorgeous Girlie! I'm betting it was the delightful airline food making you feel sick. No one can tell me that having food which's been sitting in containers for Goddess knows how many hours, pre-cooked then re-heated, then incubating away in the kitchen cart until they get to your seat, isn't a method for food-poisoning disaster! Oh well, enjoy the rest of your flights - I recommend the bag of chips from the vending machine.....
