Yesterday was the festival of lights, which is some buddist festival whereby krathings are made to place on the river, to appease the water gods, give thanks, and generally have good fortune. Anyway we went on a mission to make one ourselves, so brought lotsa flowers, banana leaves, insense and candels.. obviously i went for the red, white and blue theme.. none of this yellow business (the obsessive colour of the country as it belongs to the king aka as grant mitchell to us so we can talk about him in public lol).
WIll upload some pics of the ones we did pretty imprerssive, and also have a film of adam dangling off a jetty to put his in!! LOL
Anyway the boys making me go, and we have school tomo - how boring we are!
