Ok so I was back in Bedford Texas for the 4th time in 2 years of coaching in Texas. It is like my 2nd home. It is such a lovely place and everyone is so friendly.

Me and Mike who is from Carlisle, England (boooooooo!) were both to be staying with a family called the Eilands. Amy was the Mum (Mom) and she had two daughters one named Victoria (Tori) who was 9 and one named Emery who was 2. She also had a sone nmed Jonathan and he was 6 and he was gonna be on our camp for the week. He had a great Mohawk, he was only aloud it for the summer as his school wouldn't approve.

Camp for the week went really well. Once again we had some great kids. Two kids from the first camp showed up again soI must be doing something right. One of them was the son of the host family I stayed with (Tai). He loves to play soccer (sorry guys back home! lol), he puts 100% in every session. The other returner was Ethan and he's exactly the same he loves to play and learn!

Last year I did this camp and we did a water fight at the end of the week so this year we did the same. It was messy but great fun, the kids loved it. They all brought the super soakers and water balloons! Our host Mum had been busy in the morning filling up water balloons for us so we had about 50 water balloons to throw. Like I said the kids were great and enjoyed themselves alot.

At the end of the water fight Clivia my host Mum from the 1st week presented me and Mike with a present it was a $25 gift card to be sent whereever we like. Now how nice is that. It's great getting presents because you know that the parents have enjoyed and liked what you have done with their children. Job well done me thinks.

As far as social activities for the week we didn't do much. Mike was ill for 2 days so he was out of action. One of those days I met Margeaux and her friends at Chili's it was a good night. We went to the Pool where we were coaching a few days and Amy the host Mum took us to her gym/country club on the saturday and it was amazing! Huge pool and huge gym, rock climbing wall, restaraunt, kids play area so you could drop em of whilst you worked out. It was special and we had a great day there.

But the best thing we did all week was go and see a legend do a comedy act. We were driving to camp on friday morning and we heard them talking about "Saved by the Bell" a classic show from most people my age or close childhood. They then said that Dustin Diamond Aka "Screech" would be performing in Arlington, Hyenas. Now this place is 10 minutes from where we were coaching. So we spoke with Sarah my friend who works in Bedford and we decided to go, after all it was only $10.

We got there and there was like 6 people there so we thought "uh oh" but when the doors open people who had reserved tables started flooding in. We managed to get a table right next to the stage. We did forget that sometimes comedians pick on you but they didn't so it was a relief. Two comedians came on before "Screech" a cool dude and then he was followed by a chick and they were both funny but we weren't there to see them lol! DD came on and he was soooo funny, very rude and crude but so funny. I have a few vidoes which I will put on a.s.a.p. He was funny and he took the time to come outside and meet us which was nice of him! All in all a great night.

Me and Mike had found out we were in Sweetwater with my mucker Aled and Gail. I had worked in Sweetwater last year with Aled in Gail and we had a great week so fingers crossed for this year. I was looking forward to seeing the families that we had got very close too last year again!

So next up is Sweetwater, look out for photo's and Video's from Bedford Week 2 soon.

Again Love you and miss you all xxxx
