After a crazy last week, I have been offered funding, applied for a Masters in International Development and been offered a place. However, my place was only offered on friday, my course started on monday in Manchester and I was still in Trabzon. So much flight searching took place, eventually nabbed a £60 single antalya-manchester deal with first choice travel and wahay! off i went. Cue 20 hours sitting on a bus to Konya (home of the whirling dervish Sufi order) and then 5 more to Antalya. A flight at 4 in the morning got me to Mancs at 6am giving me amply time to roll into class around 11!!!! Sweet.
