Still here in Port Vila, we are waiting on our friend Keith from Longshot to arrive he on Friday from the States. Today's task is to find a converter for the boat so we can power it up dock side. Our batteries have been insanely low and we have been relying on the engine to help us start the generator.
Kim and I spent the day in the pouring rain looking for a converter. We went from shop to shop, we had the dirtiest feet and legs you would ever see, worse than the mud run in Oceanside. Eventually after a day of searching and being completely soaked through we found one for almost $100 US. We didn't think it was worth it because it wasn't water proof and a low was coming in that would make the rain last.
With the rain it looks like a movie night!
