So much has happened since the last day we blogged.
We spent our last day in Kota Kinabalu cramming in as much as we could. The highlights of the day were:

More fun facts learned from James the driver while we sereneded him....
Heading to the Shangri-La Rasa Ria to visit the Orangutan rehabilitation center
Having the opportunity to meet a baby Orangutan named Yoda (we'll tell you more about that when we get home!!!!)
Checking out a Village built entirely on stilts above the water, a very eye opening experience for all of us
Quick pics of the "Floating Mosque"
An outing to the "Cock and Bull" for drinks and dancing to an incredibly good Karaoke Band who plays only American music.  We even had a drink with the owner.  We took a picture with him and he showed us the spot on the wall where he planned to hang it..

The next morning we caught an early flight to Singapore
It's an absolutely beautiful city! Abi met up with her college friend John Boddie who very kindly gave us an impromptu walking tour of Orchard Rd. and the sea of malls.
The next morning we went on a city bus tour which hit a few hot spots including Chinatown, Little India, the Waterfront, the Singapore Cricket Club, a Gem Shop and the Botanical Gardens (which were incredibly breathtaking).

It's hard to sum up what an amazing trip this has been, hopefully you can get an idea from the photos and our blogs.
We can't wait to tell you all more in person when we get home and YES we're definitely going to bore you with a night full of a slide show and story telling (perhaps we can entice you with Singapore slings?)

Headed out tomorrow, see you all soon!
