I got sidetracked on my way to Jeri, when after luckily getting a hasty lift out of the Lençois then arriving in a town whose name i didnt know, but had a vaquejada(cow tail pulling) festival so i ended up staying there the weekend and leaving without ever finding out the name of the place!. the festival was cool, and the first vaquejada i saw, then heading on to Jeri i met a really nice couple from sao paulo and ended up travelling with them for the next while. i wasnt mad on Jeri, very touristy and expensive but since i was with nice people there i still enjoyed it, and it is an undeniably beautiful place, with towering dunes, open sea and a blue blue sky
