from Madrid I came to Oxford to visit Barry. the city's not quite what i expected. i thought it would feel like a bigger city, but really the main interesting part is all around where the university and colleges. lot's of tourists, so i get why the colleges have such high walls and are so cloistered. i arrived on the first and took a bus to Edinburgh the night of the second, but before I left I had a good chance to walk around and before heading to the bus station we saw (part) of a charity show at the Oxford Union with the Oxford Revue 'debating' the Cambridge Footlights. on wednesday we're going punting, so that should be fun...
