Today we waited quite a while (1 hour, then check with some locals and wait another 30 min in another place) in the heat and sun for a bus to Girón. We eventually found it on a street parallel to where it should be!
After a short trip we explored the main square,  investigated two churches, saw one man having siesta on a bench in the shade, had the requisite ice cream and got the bus back to Bucharamanga and aircon!
We dined in the hotel restaurant but it wasnt the best filet mignon Ive had. Oh Ecuador.......!
