Welcome to day one of our 26 day tucan tour from Lima to Santiago. As we have already been in Lima for 3 nights we have a lazy day photocopying documents, catching up on news back home and just generally kicking back after a full on day the previous day.

Just before dinner we met up with our tour group (part of it, part of it were already in cusco) and went through the outline of the first section of the tour and the arrangements for the following day flying to cusco. The crew we met seemed like a good group and we were excited to have a tour to go on after the dramas with kumuka.

With an early rise ahead of us to head to the airport we hit the pillow around 10 ready for the next 4 weeks of adventure travelling.
